The Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department proudly announces its Annual Holiday Boat-A-Long. A delightful experience awaits families, filled with live performances, food trucks serving delectable dishes, and a special appearance by Santa himself. This enchanting event takes place at Four Freedoms Park from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, December 21. Guests can savor culinary delights from 4:00 PM, with the joy of Santa’s arrival following shortly at 5:00 PM. Community spirit flourishes as local performers shine on stage, leading up to the big event—the holiday boat parade at 7:30 PM. Afterward, families can gather around a giant inflatable screen to watch “The Polar Express.” Don’t forget to bring your blankets and lawn chairs, allowing for a cozy, magical evening under the stars. THE STAGE -Bonita Springs
Make memories at THE STAGE RESTAURANT AND FULL BAR this Thursday, December 19. For lovers of soulful rhythms, a fantastic Motown and Soul Dance Band will be performing, paying homage to legends like Donna Summer and Aretha Franklin. The excitement continues on Friday, December 20, when a gripping Murder Mystery unfolds at the Elks in Bonita Springs. Then on Saturday, December 21, feel the nostalgia with a tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd as they bring back the rock ‘n’ roll memories. Attendees can relish a menu of delicious cuisine and immerse themselves in an atmosphere filled with vibrant music and festivities. Movie in the Parking Lot!
This Friday, December 20, join in for a cozy “Movie in the Parking Lot” featuring “The Nightmare Before Christmas” at FMBrew. Guests are encouraged to bring their pillows, blankets, and chairs for an enjoyable, intimate experience. All will be treated to palate-pleasing bites from local vendors like Wicked Streatery and South Pizza Co. The doors open at 2 PM, allowing everyone to relish live music by Ralph Curtis from 3 PM to 6 PM. The evening brings the opportunity to meet beloved characters from 5:30 PM to 8 PM—an experience both children and adults will cherish! Best of all, this event is free.
