CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral police responded to a call on Fourth of July about a group of teens messing around with a porta-potty on SW 8th Place.

According to reports, when they arrived at the construction site, they could see smoke coming from the porta-potty, melted plastic and burn marks.

Reports say, they ended up arresting 19-year-old Tristian Humphrey, but let him go with a notice to appear in court. He’s accused of throwing the fireworks inside the port-a-potty.

Neighbors said the porta-potty was already laying on its side after last week’s storm.
