The next FISH Sanibel Captiva event is now accepting registrations “Cooking with Leslie”Through Zoom, lesson scheduled for Oct 21 at 2 – 3:30 pm. Open to all residents on the islands.

Participants cook in a group while learning the recipes in class. FISH can deliver the ingredients to Sanibel and Captiva on the day of your event. This is a complimentary service. Participants may also buy the ingredients from FISH using the list.

Recipes are designed to be smaller in size. For this lesson, we will be making authentic Italian Bolognese sauce using pasta, Caesar salad classic and espresso chocolate mousse.

Adams is the chef and owner of Catering By Leslie Adams. After six years as the owner of Rosie’s Deli, Sanibel’s award-winning restaurant, Adams decided to sell it to focus her talents on catering in the islands and private cooking for the islanders. This she did for fourteen years. Adams attended the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco. She also took courses at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
