2 ounces Mozart Chocolate Cream Pumpkin Spice Liqueur

1½ ounces of coffee liqueur

1½ ounces of vodka

2 ounces Heavy Cream

DirectionsMix Apothic Red with Ginger Beer in a glass. Stir. Pick from one of the set or choose one that you prefer.

Chairman’s Reserve 2009 Rum

You don’t always need to use a blender. Sometimes all you need is a good spirit, an ice cube or large scoop of bourbon to celebrate the change in the seasons. Alternate to whiskey and bourbon, you can try aged rum.

The Chairman’s Reserve Portfolio has a rare, new product ($70) that was distilled on St. Lucia. This blend is made from several barrels of Rum, aged in columns and pot stills. It has a rich flavor of vanilla, tobacco and dark chocolate.

It is rare to find vintage rums. Mixing them together in cocktails is considered a crime by purists. If you must, replace it with old-fashioned bourbon.


2 ounces aged rum

2 to 3 teaspoons Angostura Bitter

1 Tablespoon sugar

DirectionsMix sugar and bitters together in a rocks glasses. Combine. Mix together rum, ice cubes or scoops. Mix well and garnish with an orange slice.
