Residents enjoying Allura’s amazing amenities

The spectacular clubhouse and pool at Allura, Stock Development’s newest luxury apartment community, is keeping residents busy.

Allura, Stock Development’s newest luxury apartment community located in the southeast corner of Livingston Road and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in the highly desired area of North Naples, has become a happily busy place.

In May, the community’s clubhouse was completed and in the past week, so was the community’s resort-style pool with expansive sun deck.

“Allura’s excellent North Naples’ location has been a major factor in the community’s fast-paced leasing effort,” said Catherine Trucksess, Asset Manager for Stock Luxury Apartment Living.  “And, so has the apartment community’s incredible amenities, which have been described as spectacular by our residents.”

The two completed residential buildings at Allura overlook the clubhouse area which features the just completed free-form, resort-style pool with lap lanes and the expansive sundeck with entertaining lounge, private cabanas, three grill stations and a fire lounge.

Inside the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, residents are enjoying a movie theatre, demonstration kitchen, resident lounge and sports bar, full-sized bowling alley, game and card room, conference room and business center with 24-hour resident access.

Perhaps the busiest part of the clubhouse is the 3,000-square-foot fitness center. It features state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment with virtual training programs and a playroom for the little ones.

In July, a children’s playground along with the community’s two dog parks, one for small dogs and the other for large, are scheduled to be completed.  Later, a community garden and a secondary amenity pavilion will follow.

“Due to the vast number of popular amenities and the thoughtfully selected amenities found throughout the community, we’ve been able to attract a wide demographic of residents,” noted Trucksess. “Everyone from young single professionals to middle-aged couples with and without children, and even active retirees are discovering that the perfect life awaits them at Allura.”

Allura is a private, gated, pet-friendly community and features 3-story buildings with elevators. Beautifully designed one, two and three bedroom apartment homes are  available in a variety of floorplan options.

The one-bedroom/one-bath plans range from 784 to 838 square feet. The two-bedroom/two-bath plans range from 1,096 to 1,167 square feet.  The three-bedroom/two-bath plans have either 1,363 or 1,373 square feet.

Inside the apartment homes, residents will enjoy 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings, contemporary wood-style floorings, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed internet and smart lock technology, carefully crafted kitchens with oversized islands including USB charging ports.

Additionally, each home will include energy-efficient stainless-steel appliance packages including flat-top ranges, side-by-side refrigerators, built-in beverage/wine coolers, hardwood shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and under-mount farm-style sinks.

Currently, Allura has a furnished 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom model open for touring. Both models overlook the community’s tropically landscaped pool area.

The one-bedroom/one-bath floor plan has 800 total square feet. The two-bedroom/two-bath floor plan has 1,100 total square feet.

The creative design team that inspired the furnished models at Allura are from the award-winning firm of Forum Architecture & Interior Design of Altamonte Springs, Florida.

“Their interior design adds both warmth and color to our two models,” commented Trucksess.  “Those that have toured them have been very impressed with their visual appeal and livability. The models also include so many elegant touches and premier interior amenities that the easiest and most effective way to showcase them is by seeing and experiencing them personally. I’m happy to say our furnished models do that exceptionally well.”

Visitors to Allura also love the fact the residences feature a wine cooler in the kitchen, were designed with big windows which make the interior space light and bright, and the fact the residences do not have carpet.

Monthly rents at Allura start in the low-$2,100s.
