Soltura Development begins construction of cottage-style apartment buildings

Soltura Development Group has just completed the Odyssey by Soltura apartment community, which boasts 129 homes. It will include 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. They will live in single-family homes, but will rent as an apartment.

“Soltura Development is excited to bring the first cottage style apartments to Southwest Florida,”Danville Leadbetter is the co-founder of Soltura Development. “With the ever-increasing housing needs of our community, we feel that this is a great time to be delivering this new alternative to the market and we are proud to begin our journey here in Southwest Florida with such great partners.”

Each Odyssey by Soltura apartment home is a separate free-standing building, inclusive of both front and back patio’s, impact windows and doors and a small private backyard. Each renter has the opportunity to have their very own apartment home in an apartment environment.   

Kevin Anderson, the Mayor of Fort Myers, was present at the groundbreaking. He also showed support for the project. Also in attendance was Danville Leadbetter, Arron Simon and Larry Covitz of Soltura Development and Tiffany Esposito, President and CEO of SWFL Inc. Soltura’s project partners also attended the groundbreaking and are as follows:
