Soltura Development opens cottage-style apartments

Soltura Development Group broke ground recently on Odyssey by Soltura. This cottage-style community is home to 129 residents. This property will have 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom apartments. These will be single-family houses that rent out like apartments.

“Soltura Development is excited to bring the first cottage style apartments to Southwest Florida,”Danville Leadbetter was the Co-Founder and CEO of Soltura Development. “With the ever-increasing housing needs of our community, we feel that this is a great time to be delivering this new alternative to the market and we are proud to begin our journey here in Southwest Florida with such great partners.”

Each Odyssey by Soltura apartment home is a separate free-standing building, inclusive of both front and back patio’s, impact windows and doors and a small private backyard. Each renter has the opportunity to have their very own apartment home in an apartment environment.   

Kevin Anderson (City of Fort Myers Mayor) attended the groundbreaking ceremony and expressed his support of this project. Also in attendance was Danville Leadbetter, Arron Simon and Larry Covitz of Soltura Development and Tiffany Esposito, President and CEO of SWFL Inc. Soltura’s project partners also attended the groundbreaking and are as follows:
