Theory Design finalizes the interior design for the furnished Monterey II model of the Seagate Development Group in Talis Park.

Theory Design completes the interior design for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Monterey II model. This is currently under construction in Talis Park’s Isola Bella neighborhood. Isola Bella is a private 4.5-acre area that contains the final single-family waterfront home in the luxurious golf resort. Theory Design also designed the interiors of the Seagate furnished Revana Model – also under construction and being sold – as well as the Seagate furnish Sonoma model, which is currently under construction and is still reserved – and Seagate furnished Olema Model – which will be groundbreaking soon. RG Designs provides architectural design services for each of the four model homes.

Monterey II offers more than 4,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths, as well as a 3-car garage. It is a luxurious home that you can live in. The interior features a contemporary design with industrial and coastal accents. For example, earthy colours with neutral backgrounds with black accents, inverted show ceilings with LED cove light, natural white oak floors, wire brushes, Wolf and Subzero devices, as well as natural wood floors. Quartz kitchen countertops, backs and natural quartzite islands are just a few of the other features. Also, cabinets from bleached oak or ebony can be found. You can enjoy the stunning views from the outdoor patio living space with its outdoor fireplace, water features and kitchen/dining areas.

Front exterior design of Monterey II is in black and grey. Rear exterior has dark walnut ceiling and cedar-stained horizontal aluminum rails. An aluminum gate opens into an entry courtyard. This area is outfitted with artificial turf and plantings between stepspers, concrete bench, water feature against accent tiles cladding, and a water fountain. You will find the foyer with a foyer chandelier, staircase chandeliers, and an ebony-colored natural iron bench. The living area includes a fireplace, wall art, and lights. This large area will have a wood paneling wall made to order. The homeowners can also have a gunmetal/bluestone coffee table and a French sideboard in brushed black oak or satin bronze. A wool rug and an ottoman are other options. It is surrounded by a large kitchen/dining area. The large room features barstool seating and LED lighting. It also has tall windows that offer views to the outside living space. The space features a 65-inch ceiling fan, granite countertops and an undercounter fridge. It also has a grill, a barbecue, and custom spa. This space features black-and-white furniture with white cushions and a white side table and iron chaise longue. The powder bathroom features porcelain countertops, night-colored cabinets, castle-colored tiles and porcelain countertops in castle cream. A 52 inch charcoal fan and an Indian-wood rug make up the VIP bedroom. As in the guest bathroom on the second floor, the VIP bathroom completes the floor. It also has quartz worktops.

Also, the second living area is equipped with morning-colored cupboards. The mud room maintains the brushed-oak floor, highlighted by graphite countertops and graphite cupboards. Anthracite colored cabinets and marble countertops are found in the second guest bathroom. Gray fabric will be used in the master bedroom. There are two dark gray dressers and black frames, as well as gray and white rugs and shaded chandeliers. The master bathroom will have marble flooring and worktops as well graphite-colored closets covering the long bathtub that runs behind the tub into the walk in shower. In the interim, the loft will be used to house a desk as well as a console for storage. The flex/bonus room features a 3-door ebony sideboard with dark walnut mirror and leather library chairs. It also has a mid-century-modern-inspired chandelier. The house’s history is completed by a second laundry and powder bath.

Monterey II is expected to be complete in spring 2022.

Two-story Olema has over 4,400 sq. meters living space. It includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are also two garages. The Olema can accommodate a golf cart. A concept of urban retreat begins outside with pavers in anthracite / white, a gray façade with white accents, black doors and windows, and modern wood-like exterior siding. A tongue and groove ceiling is featured in the outdoor living area, as well as a concrete fireplace and gray color scheme.

Just behind the entry courtyard, a warm, modern design can be seen. This area is lined by weathered and tapered artificial stones planters. A walnut floor can be found in main living areas with wire brush structures. It complements Calcutta tile in main bathroom, Calcutta or Dolomite marble tiles in powder bathroom, and fine linen stoneware. There are many other distinctions: walnut ceiling beams and walnut and ebony bar cabinets, as well as a metal stair railing that has a vertical wooden staggered detail. Plate-style cabinets will be available to homeowners. They also have a double waterfall island, floor-to ceiling marble back wall and tongue-and-groove ceiling in their kitchen. There is also a bench/drop station in the mudroom and ceiling beams within the study. Dark wood trim details will accent the tiered tray ceiling of the great room. The geometric design mimics the staining on the media wall. There is space in the master bedroom for a floor to ceiling padded headboard with morning bar. The master bathroom has a ship-style bathbasin and bathtub, as well as a walk-in tub and herringbone Calcutta Marble shower. A floating vanity will be featured in the powder bathroom with hanging tags. The guest bathrooms will include an extra large vanity with an open shelf.

It is expected that the Olema will be completed by 2023.
