Interestingly, out of 140 local vendors vying for a spot, eight of the ten food trucks have been carefully chosen based on affordability, service, and culinary excellence. Yet, like any ambitious venture, this project has faced its share of challenges. “We are still waiting for the final release of our permits for our dock, which has been over a year in the making,” Aubuchon revealed.
