On Friday, April 15, the new luxury apartment community of Allura, located in the southeast corner of Livingston Road and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in North Naples, welcomed its first residents and opened its onsite leasing office in the clubhouse.

But the big news doesn’t stop there. Stock Residences, the developer of Allura and a division of the award-winning Stock Development, also opened two furnished models, a two-bedroom plan and a one-bedroom plan, so prospective residents get a better feel for the spaciousness of the units and the luxury features offered in every apartment.

“In the short time our models have been open, they’ve been received extremely well,” said Catherine Trucksess, Asset Manager for Stock Luxury Apartment Living, a division of Stock Development. “The units at Allura include so many elegant touches and premier interior amenities the easiest and most effective way to showcase them is by seeing and experiencing them personally. Our furnished models do that exceptionally well.”

According to Trucksess, the creative design team that inspired the furnished models at Allura came from the award-winning firm of Forum Architecture & Interior Design of Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Both models overlook the community’s tropically landscaped pool area. The one-bedroom/one-bath plan has 800 total square feet. The two-bedroom/two-bath plan has 1,100 total square feet. Similar floor plans to the models are available for immediate occupancy in Building 1.

“To be specific, we still have one-, two- and even three-bedroom floor plans available in Building 1 for anyone or any couple that requires or prefers to move-in immediately,” noted Trucksess.

Although the leasing office in the Clubhouse is now open, the entire Clubhouse and all its amenities are scheduled to be available to residents in May.

As for the community’s outdoor pool and second residential building, they are both currently set to be completed in early June.

The first two residential buildings at Allura overlook the highly amenitized Clubhouse and resort level pool-courtyard, which will feature the massive pool with lap lanes, expansive sun deck with entertaining lounge, private cabanas, three grill stations and a fire lounge.

Inside the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, residents will enjoy all that can be expected from Stock Luxury Apartment Living – and more.

Some of those amenities include a movie theatre, demonstration kitchen, resident lounge and sports bar, full-sized bowling alley, game and card room, and golf simulator all with 24-hour resident access.

Perhaps the busiest part of the clubhouse will be the 3,000-square-foot fitness center. It will feature state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment with virtual training programs and a playroom for the little ones.

Nearby is an oversized covered veranda, a tot lot, dog parks for small and large pets, a community garden and a walking/biking path around a lake.

“Due to the vast number of popular amenities that have been thoughtfully selected throughout the community, paired with the superior North Naples location, we’ve been able to attract a wide demographic of residents,” said Trucksess. “Everyone from young single professionals to middle-aged couples with and without children, and even active retirees are discovering that the perfect life awaits them at Allura.”

Allura is a private, gated, pet-friendly community and features 3-story buildings with elevators. Beautifully designed one, two and three bedroom apartment homes will be available in a variety of floorplan options.

The one-bedroom/one-bath plans range from 784 to 838 square feet. The two-bedroom/two-bath plans range from 1,096 to 1,167 square feet.  The three-bedroom/two-bath plans have either 1,363 or 1,373 square feet.

Inside the apartment homes, residents will enjoy 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings, contemporary wood-style floorings, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed internet and smart lock technology, carefully crafted kitchens with oversized islands including USB charging ports.

Additionally, each home will include energy-efficient stainless-steel appliance packages including flat-top ranges, side-by-side refrigerators, built-in beverage/wine coolers, two-toned modern cabinetry, quartz countertops and under-mount farm-style sinks.

Monthly rents at Allura start in the low-$2,000.

Allura is one of several communities Stock Luxury Apartment Living is currently developing along the Florida Gulf Coast/1-75 corridor. Those communities include Corsa at Estero Crossing in Estero, Citria at Fruitville Commons in Sarasota and Arya in St. Petersburg.
