The sold out inventory homes of Phase One set the standard for Antilles presentation as a community. When JMD Development began its Phase Two development earliier this year, it offered buyers the opportunity to make all their own selections as their units were being built.

Grand Coach Homes are Antilles’ largest units, with 3-Bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,980 to 2,444 square feet under air. They include attached 2-car Garages and are priced from the mid-$500,000’s. Water and preserve views are available. The first floor Nevis plan has a side Entry that opens into its wide Great Room to great effect. The upper floor Montserrat floorplan includes 2,444 square feet under air and offers a first floor Entry that sets it apart for its private, single family home ambience. Construction standards include structurally engineered reinforced concrete slabs with vapor barriers.
