Interest in Naples’ newest luxury high-rise tower, Aura at Metropolitan Naples, has been very high since it started taking reservations in mid-January.

Aura’s ideal location at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, which is just a short walk or bike ride to downtown Naples, as well as its phenomenal amenity package, including rooftop pool, fitness center and outdoor lounge with bar area, are often named as top reasons for the interest in the residential offering.

Also on that list are the beautifully designed, open floor plans, which were designed for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Incredible terraces, accessible via walls of sliding glass, lead from the inside to the outside and the outdoor kitchens with grills is just one of many highlights residents will enjoy on their private, fresh air terraces.

The flow between indoor and outdoor living was highlighted through careful and thoughtful preplanning.

“Our floor plans were truly designed for entertaining friends and family,” remarked Jerry Starkey, who along with fellow long-time Naples resident and veteran developer, Fred Pezeshkan, are developing Metropolitan Naples.

He continued, “Throughout the year, and especially the winter months, we’re welcoming guests into our homes. What better place to get the conversations started then stepping out onto your private terrace with seating areas and the outdoor grill.”

Every floor plan has at least one terrace. Some have multiple. From Aura’s two-bedroom plan to its five-bedroom penthouse, terraces are conveniently assessible from the kitchen, dining room, living room or master suites. Some guest bedrooms also feature their own private balconies.

“The connectivity between the indoor living area and the outdoor living area is key to our future resident’s Floridian- lifestyle,” noted Ed Gonzalez, the project’s Director of Sales. “Our terraces aren’t just a great place to kick back and relax with a cocktail or even grill a delicious meal, they’re also all about the views. The gorgeous views of Naples Bay, downtown Naples and even the Gulf of Mexico, depending upon the location of the residence itself. And the sunsets. The magnificent sunsets. Aura simply provides paradise on so many levels.”

Aura at Metropolitan Naples features 56 luxury residences designed by Borges Architects, an award-winning, world class architectural and consulting firm, known for its creative designs within the United States as well as in several cities internationally.

Aura includes a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den, priced from $1.9 to over $6 million.

The residences range in size from 1,898 to 3,923 total living area. Of the five original penthouses, only two remain.

One of the two remaining penthouses is Penthouse 5, which is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living. It has four balcony/terrace spaces that total 1,526 square feet. Add that to the residence itself, which has 3,768 square feet under air, and the total living area for the available Penthouse unit reaches 5,304 total square feet.

Penthouse 5 is located on the tower’s fifth level and is priced at $4.9 million.

Residential features of the regular floor plans include expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and balcony doors, porcelain and wood floor selections, wine walls and wet bars per plan, fine custom cabinetry, great rooms designed to maximize outdoor views, outdoor living areas with gas-grilling stations and two secure garage spaces per residence.

The Chef-inspired kitchens include a large workstation, dining islands and top-of-the-line appliances such as Wolf gas cooktops and Sub-Zero refrigeration.

All owner suites feature vast views, walk-in closets and luxurious baths with his and her vanities, private water closets, large walk-in showers and separate soaking tubs.

It’s not just the luxurious residences that are attracting buyers, it’s also Aura’s incredible amenities, including its infinity pool, located on the tower’s 16th floor.

Aura is the highest pool in the downtown area and the only sky pool offering residents and their guests picturesque views of gorgeous Naples Bay, downtown itself and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Also located on the 16th floor is the tower’s state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, as well as an outdoor lounge with bar.

The other lifestyle amenities at Aura are also phenomenal and designed for the total enjoyment of residents.

On the 5th floor is the indoor and outdoor resident lounges, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room, outdoor kitchen with grilling area, a seating area with fire pits and a large golf putting green.

Two private and secure, in-building parking spaces for homeowners are included, with convenient electric-vehicle charging stations available.

Boutique shops and casual and fine dining restaurants are planned to complement Metropolitan Naples, another great amenity for owners who love to dine out, without having to jump in their car.
