Choosing to live in a high-rise tower has become a very popular option in Southwest Florida. Some are attracted to a tower’s amenities, which are often located on the roof, including pools. Others enjoy being surrounded by the latest in-home technology.

And still others are drawn by the view.

As important as the amenities, technologies and views are to the decision of living the high-rise lifestyle, there happens to be another element which is equally important – and that’s the floor plans themselves.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples, the new 15-story tower located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, offers incredibly unique floor plans.

“Within Aura, there is a residence which I believe epitomizes what a great floor plan should be,” stated Ed Gonzalez, Aura’s Director of Sales. “On every floor, its what we refer to as Residence 06, which is positioned in the tower’s highly coveted northwest corner.”

Residence 06 is a three-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bath home with 2,768 square feet under air and 3,108 total square feet including a 340-square-foot terrace with outdoor grill.

Interior features include an owner’s suite positioned opposite of the guest suites for the ultimate in privacy, an incredible open dining and kitchen area with a wine wall that holds over 300 bottles. The 06 plan also has two guest suites, each with its own full bath and an expansive living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace with several seating areas that brings the outdoors inside.

“I feel the couple or individual that selects to live in a Residence 06 will truly be very fortunate,” noted Gonzalez. “Not only does the floor plan feature large open rooms, but due to its position in the tower’s northwest corner it offers an incredible view of downtown Naples, Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, courtesy of its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. There’s nothing else like it anywhere in the downtown Naples area.”

Aura at Metropolitan Naples features a total of 56 two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury residences, many with a den, ranging in size from 1,898 to 3,923 total living area. Prices range from $2 to over $6 million.

Residential features include the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and balcony doors, porcelain and wood floor selections, wine walls and wet bars per plan, fine custom cabinetry, great rooms designed to maximize outdoor views and outdoor living areas with gas-grilling stations and two secure garages spaces per residence.

The 06 Residences, like all Aura plans, tout Chef-inspired gourmet kitchens, which are designed for socializing and include a large workstation, dining islands and top-of-the-line appliances.

The 06 Residence and all owner suites feature luxurious baths with his and her vanities, large walk-in showers and separate soaking tubs.

It’s not just the luxurious residences and perfectly designed floor plans that are attracting buyers to Aura, it’s also the incredible amenities, including its rooftop infinity pool.

Aura features the highest pool in the downtown area and is the only sky pool offering residents and their guests picturesque views of historic downtown Naples, the shimmering waters of Naples Bay and the azure and white waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

However, the infinity pool isn’t the only rooftop amenity. Those who love to exercise will also rejoice at the fact the state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio are also there.

High above the ground and offering incredible views through the floor to ceiling glass windows, residents will enjoy working out on outstanding fitness equipment or pushing through the most demanding or relaxing yoga routines, from the perfect perspective.

Also, just steps away from the infinity pool is another amazing amenity – an outdoor lounge with bar.

The other lifestyle amenities at Aura are also phenomenal and designed for the total enjoyment of residents.

On the 5th floor are the indoor and outdoor residents’ lounges, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room, outdoor kitchen with grilling area, a seating area and fire pits as well as a large golf putting green.

Two private and secure, in-building parking spaces for homeowners are included, with convenient electric-vehicle charging stations available.

Aura’s rooftop and 5th floor amenities are capturing the imaginations of future residents – as are several additional benefits of living in the tower.

By simply taking the elevator down a few floors from their residences, owners can enjoy casual and fine dining restaurants, as well as explore the distinctive shops and boutiques planned for the street level of Metropolitan Naples.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples is being developed by Jerry Starkey and Fred Pezeshkan, two long-time Naples residents and well-respected veteran Southwest Florida developers.
