Every Aura residence includes a beautifully-designed, Chef-inspired kitchen featuring a very large island counter with sink and ample seating.

It’s been true for years. The kitchen is one of the most popular gathering areas within the house.

“In many homes, the kitchen often becomes the number one gathering spot for friends and family whether it’s a scheduled visit or impromptu get together,” said Ed Gonzalez, the Director of Sales for Aura at Metropolitan Naples, a luxury high-rise tower being developed at the intersection of Davis Boulevard and Fifth Avenue South, near downtown Naples.  “We designed the kitchens at Aura to be very welcoming. And, not only are they open to the home’s main living area, but the large island counters have plenty of seating themselves. People simply love to gather around the kitchen islands.”

Many early purchasers at Aura have said they love the tower’s beautifully designed, open floor plans, and especially the kitchens, which they have appropriately referred to as – Chef-inspired.

“In addition to the ample seating, the large island counter will also serve as a central workstation due to the fact it features a convenient and large stainless sink and there’s plenty of prep-space for even the most demanding Chef,” commented a future resident.

Other highlights of the kitchen include top-of-the-line appliances such as Wolf cooking and Sub-Zero refrigeration, plus the beautifully finished custom cabinetry with natural hard surface tops.

“The incredible features of our kitchens, its ideal location within the residence, as well as its overall design perfectly reflects today’s lifestyle and has been another major reason for our strong sales effort since launch,” concluded Gonzalez.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples features 56 luxury residences designed by Borges Architects, an award-winning, world-class architectural and consulting firm, known for its creative designs within the United States as well as in several cities internationally.

Aura includes a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den, priced from $1.9 to over $6 million

Of the five original penthouses at Aura, only two remain available. Penthouse 5 is a four-bedroom plus den/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,768 square feet under air and 1,526 square feet of outdoor terraces and balconies.

Penthouse 5 is located on the tower’s 5th level and is priced at $4.9 million.

Located on the 15th floor is Penthouse 2, a three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home with 3,083 square feet under air and 3,365 total square feet, including two terraces. One terrace is off the Owner’s Suite and the other opens the living room and kitchen area to the outdoors. That’s convenient because this terrace is where you’ll find the outdoor grill.

Penthouse 2 is priced at $5 million.

It’s not just the luxurious residences and penthouses that are attracting buyers, it’s also Aura’s incredible amenities, including its infinity pool, located on the tower’s rooftop.

Aura features the highest pool in the downtown area and is the only sky pool offering residents and their guests picturesque views of historic downtown Naples, the reflective waters of Naples Bay and the azure and white waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

However, the infinity pool isn’t the only rooftop amenity. Those who love to exercise will also rejoice at the fact the state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio are also there.

High above the ground and offering incredible views through the floor to ceiling glass windows, residents will enjoy working out on outstanding fitness equipment or pushing through the most demanding or relaxing yoga routines, from the perfect perspective.

Also, just steps away from the infinity pool is another amazing amenity – an outdoor lounge with bar. It’s rooftop location just may create a whole new meaning to the term – highball.

The other lifestyle amenities at Aura are also phenomenal and designed for the total enjoyment of residents.

On the 5th floor are the indoor and outdoor residents’ lounges, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room, outdoor kitchen with grilling area, a seating area and fire pits as well as a large golf putting green destine to witness many friendly conversations and deep debates while working – not so hard – on the “short” game.

Two private and secure, in-building parking spaces for homeowners are included, with convenient electric-vehicle charging stations available.

Aura’s rooftop and 5th floor amenities are capturing the imaginations of future residents – as are several additional benefits of living in the tower.

By simply taking the elevator down a few floors from their residences, owners can enjoy casual and fine dining restaurants, as well as explore the distinctive shops and boutiques planned for the street level of Metropolitan Naples.
