Aura’s Rooftop Amenities Offer Unique Perspective

The 15-story Aura at Metropolitan Naples
features a rooftop pool that offers views of Naples Bay, downtown Naples and even the Gulf of Mexico.

Currently, there isn’t a swimming pool that offers aerial views of historic downtown Naples, the beautiful Naples Bay or the sensational azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. But, in the near future there will be. And recent home buyers couldn’t be more excited.

That unique amenity, a sky pool, is just one of the incredible amenities at Aura at Metropolitan Naples, a 15-story tower featuring 56 luxury residences, located on a 5.3-acre parcel at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Naples.

Metropolitan Naples is being developed by two of the most respected, long-time Naples residents and veteran developers, Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey.

“The views offered from our rooftop pool and sun deck will be nothing short of spectacular,” stated Ed Gonzalez, the project’s Director of Sales. “Never before in the history of the city has this perspective of downtown Naples, and all the tropical beauty that surrounds it, been available to be experienced. That’s what makes Aura so unique. And also so popular with today’s buyer.”

The pool and sun deck with chaises aren’t the only amenities 150 feet above the ground at Aura. Also located on the rooftop is the tower’s state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, and  an exciting outdoor lounge with bar area.

“Working out and staying in shape 15 stories in the sky will be a very unique experience for our residents,” noted Gonzalez. “And when that part of their day is completed they can return to the rooftop and enjoy a conversation and a cocktail at our outdoor lounge. It’s a great place to meet new friends, entertain old friends or simply relax and enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views of paradise.”

The location of the amazing amenities at Aura is not limited to its roof.  Additional lifestyle amenities can be found on the tower’s 5th floor.

On the 5th floor is the indoor and outdoor resident lounges, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room, an outdoor kitchen with grilling area, a seating area with fire pits and a large golf putting green.

Just as phenomenal as Aura’s amenities are the tower’s 56 luxury residences themselves. They were designed by Borges Architects, an award-winning, world class architectural and consulting firm, known for its creative designs within the United States as well as in several cities internationally.

Aura includes a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den, priced from $1.5 to over $6 million.

The five penthouses range from 3,153 to 6,202 total living area, while the residences below them range in size from 1,898 to 3,923 total living area.

Residential features include expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows and balcony doors, porcelain and wood floor selections, wine walls and wet bars per plan, fine custom cabinetry, great rooms designed to maximize outdoor views, outdoor living areas with gas-grilling stations and two secure garage spaces per residence.

The Chef-inspired kitchens include a large workstation, dining islands and top-of-the-line appliances such as Wolf gas cooktops and Sub-Zero refrigeration.

All owner suites feature vast views, walk-in closets and luxurious baths with his and her vanities, private water closets, large walk-in showers and separate soaking tubs.
