Divco Custom Homes announces upcoming models

The furnished Amelia model, located in Miromar Lakes’ San Lorenzo neighborhood, is a four-bedroom plus study and bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home has 4,195 square feet under air and 5,770 total square feet, including a three-car garage.

The Amelia plans to open for tours in Spring 2023. The home is currently available for sale with leaseback.

Also scheduled to be completed in 2023 is the Bellina, located in Miromar Lakes’ Messina neighborhood.  It is a three-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath plan with 3,023 square feet of living area and 6,254 total square feet including pool deck and three-car garage. Detached from the main house is a 349-square-foot cabana with bath. It’s just steps away from the pool’s edge.

The Bellina is scheduled to be completed in the Summer 2023.

This Spring, a ground breaking will also be held for another waterfront model in the luxurious neighborhood of Vanderbilt Beach Estates.

The home, located in Vanderbilt, will be a two-story/four-bedroom plus den/four full-bath/two half-bath plan with 4,110 square feet of living area and 5,518 total square feet including two-car garage.

For those who’d love to experience Divco’s perfectly designed, quality constructed homes now, there are two models currently open for tours.

Located on a waterfront homesite on Marco Island is the Cayman model.
