LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A crash on I-75 near Corkscrew Road in Lee County left two injured, Florida Highway Patrol troopers confirmed.

A pickup truck driver and a woman in the truck had minor injuries after the crash. Troopers said the pickup truck was in an adjacent lane to another car driving south on I-75 in the area.

The driver of the other car involved in the crash tried to change lanes and didn’t see the pickup truck driving in the center lane, according to FHP. The front right of the car sideswiped the left rear of the pickup truck, causing the truck to go off the road and overturn.

The driver of the other car was cited for an improper lane change, troopers said.
