NAPLES – A Naples woman will vie for Nick Viall’s heart as a contestant on the upcoming season of “The Bachelor,” which airs on ABC starting Jan. 2.

The network released the names and a biography for each of the 30 contestants Tuesday, including Naples resident Lauren Hussey.

According to her LinkedIn page, Hussey, 30, is involved with Naples’ Shelter for Abused Women and Children, and is a law school graduate.

The contestant bios ask the women get-to-know-you questions, like “how would you describe yourself as a lover?” Hussey said, “I give 100 percent — always trying to keep the relationship fun and full of adventure.”
