Minto Communities acquires property adjacent to The Isles of Collier Preserve

Minto Communities has acquired a 103-acre property adjacent to Minto’s award-winning community, The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Florida. The seller is Bayshore Parcel, LLC. The property is located at the western edge of The Isles of Collier Preserve and is bordered by Bayshore Drive on the west and Antigua Way on the east. Land development is anticipated to commence in March.

Plans call for 229 homesites for an additional 138 paired villas and 91 detached single-family homes. This new addition to The Isles of Collier Preserve is projected to open for sales in early 2023. More than half of the property will remain lakes and preserves with 25-acres of lakes and 30-acres of preserves.

“We are very pleased to include this property as part of The Isles of Collier Preserve community,” says Minto Communities President Mike Belmont. “In 2021, we achieved record sales at The Isles of Collier Preserve with 251 new home sales. Overall, Minto home sales in the community total 1,130 since opening in 2014.”

Minto offers a selection of luxury villas and single-family homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve that are designed for casual contemporary living with pricing from the $400s to over $1.5 million. Minto recently announced their new Coastal Cottage Collection of 150 homes with four new model homes scheduled to open in late spring 2022. 

The Isles of Collier Preserve offers miles of walking and biking paths, waterways for kayaking and resort-style amenities at The Isles Club.  Visitors can learn about The Isles of Collier Preserve at the Discovery Sales Center where they can take a virtual tour at interactive stations, tour the model homes and explore the community by bicycle or kayak.

Just four miles from downtown Naples, The Isles of Collier Preserve is located at 5445 Caribe Avenue, just off of U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail East.
