The first-floor owner’s suite has a walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with dual sinks, a linen closet and options for a soaking tub or an extended walk-in shower.

The flex room, shown in the model as a study, offers versatility as a first-floor guest suite. The kitchen features a large freestanding island and flows to the adjoining gathering room and café. Three bedrooms, each with sizeable closets, and a loft living space are found on the second floor. The Whitestone also offers a two-car garage and the option for a wall of pocketing sliding glass doors to the covered lanai.
