LEE COUNTY, Fla. – One man is dead and another was taken to the hospital after a shooting on Dora Circle and 28th Street West in Lehigh Acres Thursday afternoon.
Around 3:45 p.m., deputies responded to reports of a shooting and found two men with gunshot wounds, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
One of the men was dead and another was taken to the hospital, deputies said. Investigators discovered the two men were involved in a fight that led to the shooting.
Deputies confirmed everyone involved is accounted for and there are no persons of interest that they are looking for.
No other information was immediately available from deputies.
An investigation is continuing.
