Pulte Homes begins construction of luxury townhome model in Sonoma Oaks

Pulte’s thoughtfully designed homes will feature three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and a covered lanai with options for lake and preserve views.

Home highlights maintenance-free lifestyle in desirable Naples location

Pulte Homes has broken ground on its model home in Sonoma Oaks, a new gated community of 114 luxury townhomes coming to north Naples in late 2022. The professionally decorated model will showcase the flexibility, livability and quality construction which have made Pulte Homes one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years.

Sonoma Oaks’ two thoughtfully designed floor plans each feature three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and a covered lanai with options for lake and preserve views.

“The model home will highlight how our townhomes live just like a single-family home with all the features, finishes and level of luxury but without the maintenance,” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “Every home at Sonoma Oaks has a wonderful view of water, preserve or landscaping with a covered lanai overlooking a large backyard.”

The Easton townhome model, now under construction, is an end unit offering 2,018 square feet of living space. On the ground floor, an open-concept design blends a gathering room, dining area and kitchen, creating an inviting main living area for time with family and friends, and flows through a sliding glass door to a lanai for enhanced entertaining.

The kitchen offers an oversized freestanding island with a curved countertop for expanded workspace and casual dining. The main floor also provides a powder room, and storage under the staircase and in closets between the kitchen and garage.

The model’s three bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry room are on the second floor. The spacious owner’s suite features double walk-in closets and a well-appointed bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, a vanity with dual sinks and a linen closet.

One of the guest rooms offers a large walk-in closet. Storage needs are also accommodated by two linen closets, one located in the guest bathroom.

The model’s interior design will showcase the many options and finish selections available for homeowners to personalize their home.

Sonoma Oaks’ second townhome design, the Augusta, offers a similar, slightly smaller floor plan within 1,901 square feet of living space. Its main floor features a gathering room, casual dining and kitchen and a powder room. Upstairs, it has an owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and spacious en-suite bathroom, two guest rooms, an additional full guest bath and laundry room.

Sonoma Oaks offers an appealing price point, as well as the flexibility and low ownership cost of townhome living. Sales at Sonoma Oaks are anticipated to begin in late 2022.

The intimate enclave will also have a private amenity area with a neighborhood pool and cabana.
