Residents of Ventana Pointe, Pulte Homes’ intimate, new 77-home community with a sought-after Naples location, will soon spend sun-soaked days lounging by the pool with family and neighbors. Pulte Homes has commenced construction of Ventana Pointe’s private amenity center.

The amenity campus offers inviting gathering spaces around the heated swimming pool – loungers and umbrellas around the large sun deck and tables under the shade of the open-air pool cabana – all centrally located within the 37-acre enclave of new-construction single-family homes.

“The community pool is a lifestyle feature homebuyers look for when choosing where they want to live,” said Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “Although many of our residents have a pool at home, they like the idea of a neighborhood social center where they can meet their neighbors and take their guests. A centralized amenity center establishes that sense of community.”

Designed for a fun and effortless lifestyle in an area with limited new single-family home choices, Ventana Pointe is attracting families, empty-nesters and seasonal homebuyers with its blend of Pulte’s signature consumer-inspired, quality construction and idyllic location close to everyday essentials, world-class shopping and dining, top-rated schools and the area’s Gulf of Mexico beaches, outdoor recreation and attractions. Ventana Pointe, just two miles east of Collier Boulevard off Immokalee Road, has a private gated community entrance, natural gas and no CDD fees.

Ventana Pointe offers a curated collection of five thoughtfully designed single-family floor plans with flexible layouts and personalization opportunities for enhanced livability. The one- and two-story homes feature two to five bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- and three-car garages within 1,889 to 3,416 square feet under air.

Two professionally decorated model homes are now open to tour daily.

Offering a first-floor owner’s suite, and three bedrooms and a loft on the second floor within 2,894 square feet of living space, the two-story Whitestone is well-suited for families of all sizes. Its open-concept floor plan blends a large gathering room, kitchen and casual dining area with expanded outdoor living for alfresco entertaining and enjoying Florida’s casual outdoor lifestyle. The model’s sleek interior design features pops of indigo, rich wood tones, brushed-brass lighting fixtures, and a beamed ceiling and trim work-adorned walls in the gathering room.

The Whitestone’s flex room accommodates a variety of lifestyle scenarios – a hobby room, an additional bedroom with a private bath or a work-from-home office/den as shown in the model. The owner’s suite features a spacious bathroom with dual vanity sinks and large linen and walk-in closets. Upstairs, the loft provides flexibility as a playroom, media room or gathering space for the three bedrooms, each with sizeable walk-in closets as well.

The Mystique starts at 1,889 square feet and offers up to 2,229 square feet of living space, two-to-four bedrooms and two-to-three full baths with a two-car garage. The model features an ecru- and iron-hued interior design palette, elevated trim work and zero-corner sliding glass doors enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection. The gourmet kitchen features creamy white raised-panel cabinets complemented by quartz countertops and an on-trend arabesque tile backsplash in light shades of taupe and gray.

The Mystique’s spacious owner’s suite, positioned for privacy toward the back of the home, is illuminated by large windows and overlooks the tranquil preserve. A flex room and large storage space in the garage offer options to convert to third and fourth bedrooms.

Pulte Homes, the Florida Green Building Coalition’s 2020 Builder of the Year, incorporates sustainable building practices into every Ventana Pointe home. The homebuilder was recognized for its commitment to green-building standards, energy efficiency and healthier homes, completing more coalition-certified single-family homes in 2020 than any other builder in the state.

Ventana Pointe is close to top-rated elementary, middle and high schools, the everyday conveniences of Publix, Walgreens, CVS and Target, plus destination shopping at Mercato and Waterside Shops. The pristine white sand of Vanderbilt Beach and North Collier Regional Park are a short drive away.
