Robb & Stucky’s Interior Designer Rachelle Porco and Interior Designer Christine Neal, Allied ASID are creating the interior for The Ronto Group’s previously sold Dolce furnished model in the award-winning developer’s Quattro building at Naples Square.  Quattro is the fourth building at Naples Square, a walkable/bikeable community being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.  Just seven Quattro residences remain available for purchase.  Sales of fifty-seven residences worth more than $128,200,060 have been processed and the Quattro building is now 89% sold.  The  previously sold Dolce model will remain open for viewing after completion through a developer leaseback.  Vertical construction is progressing as planned and the building is expected to be completed in fourth quarter 2022.

Designed by Ronto and MHK Architecture & Planning, the Quattro residences offer the largest living spaces and some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples.  Each Quattro plan includes luxurious appointments and flowing, open-concept spaces featuring large great rooms, dining rooms, oversized island kitchens, spacious covered outdoor balconies, multi-functional dens, light-filled owner’s suites, and elegant guest suites.  A landscaped amenity deck will include a spacious pool deck, pool, and hot tub, chaise lounges, trellised seating areas, shade cabanas, a firepit and seating area, two grilling areas, and a covered bar with barstools and a large screen television.  A club room will open to the amenity deck and feature a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink, and cabinetry, a billiards room, restrooms, and large screen televisions.  Courtyard level residences feature extended terraces including a gas bar-b-que with a sink, a trellis-covered hot tub, and a fire pit are sold out.

The Dolce model’s floor plan includes 2,898 square feet under air plus a balcony measuring 237 square feet.  The plan features three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half baths, an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, and 10-foot ceilings.  The living room and dining area open to the balcony.  The designers are creating a comfortable, contemporary living space that will have universal appeal.  Their design intention is to create a space that people can envision themselves living and entertaining in.  The model’s color palette will include Ice Cube backgrounds with extra white trim and pops of deep blue and gold.  Neutral furnishings will be presented with textured cream-colored performance fabrics.  A mix of dark brown wood tones, glass, bronze metals, and acrylics will be accented with gold tones.  Twenty-four by twenty-four-inch porcelain tile flooring in a marble Calcutta pattern will be found throughout the residence.

The foyer will have two recessed tray ceilings with a pair of coordinating multi-tiered gold metal and glass pendants.  A bench in a grey velvet with bronze metal legs will provide an attractive accent.  Nine 12 by 12-inch square mirror panels will be affixed to the walls flanking a hallway that leads to the guest bedrooms.

The mid-century modern style feature wall in the living room will be finished with a white, geometric patterned wallpaper that will cover the entire wall.  A custom floating media cabinet with complimenting shelving for displaying accessories and collected items will create an asymmetrical look.  Furnishings in the living room will include two sofas with cream-colored textured performance fabric.  The sofas will face one another and will be accented by a pair of wood-back chairs in a dark walnut finish and cream fabric.  To maintain a sense of symmetry in the space, a cocktail table with a wood frame, a glass insert top, and metal legs will be centered on each sofa.  A pair of end tables will have a grey and gold ombre finish with a metallic sheen.  The grouping will be anchored by a 10 by 15-foot neutral toned wool area rug.  A circular multi-tiered chandelier with a bronze metal finish and LED light strips will be centered over the space.

In the kitchen, the flat panel island base cabinet will feature a mocha finish with a high sheen.  The gloss white flat panel perimeter cabinetry will create a contemporary look.  White quartz countertops will be used on both the island and the perimeter.  Backless counter stools with acrylic legs and white leather seats will provide seating at the island.  The backsplash will showcase beveled glass subway tile in a taupe tone.

The large dining table will seat eight and feature two sculptural bronze metal bases and a glass top.  Mid-century style armless dining chairs will be upholstered in an off-white performance fabric and feature dark wood legs.  Over the table, a multi-tiered rectangular chandelier in a bronze metal finish with LED light strips will complement the fixture in the living room.

A cozy grey fabric sectional sofa accented with blue geometric throw pillows will be a design highlight in the den.  A square marble and bronze cocktail table will sit in the middle of the sectional.  Two wall niches will be accented with floating acrylic shelves and flank a royal blue television cabinet with gold hardware.  A mid-century modern lighting fixture with Edison bulbs and finished in black and gold metal will be centered on the ceiling.  An abstract area rug and various art pieces will include blue accents.

Softer color tones will be presented in the owner’s bedroom.  The king-sized bed will be finished in a cream fabric with white and soft blue bedding.  The nightstands and dresser will feature a dove grey finish with gold hardware.  A bench at the foot of the bed will be covered with white leather and include gold hardware.  The sitting area will feature a soft grey velvet barrel chair with gold legs.  A gold metal and glass chandelier will complete the look.

White gloss vanity cabinetry in the owner’s bathroom will play against grey quartz countertops and a textured cork wallpaper with white and gold specs.  The vanity’s lighting fixtures will coordinate with the glass and gold metal chandelier in the owner’s bedroom.

Dark slate tile flooring and a counter height dining table with four teak wood stools with blue fabric cushions will be featured in the outdoor living area.  A sofa and a pair of chairs with complimenting teak wood frames and blue fabric cushions will be accompanied by white nesting tables.

The remaining residences that are available for purchase showcase Quattro’s Bianca, Dario, Dante, Giada, and Giada 2 floor plans.  Pricing ranges from $3,100,000 to $4,295,000.  Residences are selling quickly.  Homebuyers intent on enjoying Quattro’s walkable/bikeable downtown lifestyle are encouraged to make their purchase decisions this season.

The Naples Square on-site sales center is located in unit 101 of the Naples Square Phase I building at 1030 3rd Avenue South, #101 and is open daily.  Finish selections can be previewed and finalized at Ronto’s design center at 1114 3rd Avenue South.  Visit NaplesSquare.com.
