FORT MYERS, Fla. — Seagate Development Group has sold Ave Maria CubeSmart – a joint venture with Ave Maria Development, of which Barron Collier Companies is a partner – to William Warren Properties, Inc. for $13.6 million.

This 51,000-square-foot, one-story, two-building facility – developed and built by Seagate – is located at 5320 Useppa Drive in the Park of Commerce in Ave Maria.

Patrick Kidder of Meridian Storage Group and SW Management & Realty, LLC – a Seagate Development Group company – represented the seller in this transaction. It comes three years after Seagate broke ground on the gated property and a year since Seagate sold storage facilities in Fort Myers and Estero to Public Storage.

“Our Seagate team, working alongside Barron Collier Companies, is proud to have developed a climate-controlled indoor and exterior storage facility in Ave Maria, one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the country,” said Matt Price, CEO & Partner of Seagate Development Group.
