The tropical landscape will perfectly complement the traditional exterior – white and charcoal pavers, dark gray roof tile, white façade, black windows and garage doors. Black iron-framed glass double doors will preview the lake as well as 3,500-plus square feet of living space based on the Calabria floor plan, which boasts four bedrooms plus a study as well as four full and one-half baths.
The grand foyer will be streamlined to the great room with a signature media wall, wet bar below industrial-style shelving, and a wood-beamed coffered ceiling that will draw the eyes toward the water views beyond. The adjoining master bath will deliver a spa-like ambience via a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower and dual vanities against bold, black cabinetry.
