Stella Naples, a three-story enclave located in Downtown Naples featuring just 10 luxurious residences on the top two floors and a small collection of shops and offices on the first level, is less than two months into sales and has already hit the 70 percent sold mark.
According Sarah Hudgins, the project’s selling agent from William Raveis Real Estate, 7 of the 10 residences have already been sold.

In November, The Brookline Companies, a private real estate development company based in Florida and the developer of Stella Naples, announced that D. Garrett Construction was selected as the general contractor for the project.
Of the three remaining residences available, there is one for each of the three floor plans Stella Naples offers.
The Aria is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with 2,131 square feet under air and 3,184 total square feet including a 381-square-foot covered balcony and 672-square-foot rooftop deck.
The Bianca is a two-bedroom plus den/two-bath plan with 2,223 square feet under air and 3,266 total square feet, including a 371-square-foot covered balcony and a 956-square foot rooftop deck.
The largest floor plan offered, the Celeste, is a three-bedroom plus home office/three-and-a-half-bath residence with 2,875 square feet under air and 4,322 total square feet, including a 521-square-foot covered balcony and 926-square-foot rooftop deck.
Notable features available in every residence include an electric fireplace and accented TV wall with elegant stone surrounds in the family room, while a wet bar with ice maker and wine refrigerator are featured in the dining room.
