Stock Development’s Luxury Apartment Living division has announced the leasing process for its newest luxury apartment community of Allura, located in the southeast corner of Livingston Road and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in the highly desired area of North Naples, is going extremely well.

According to Catherine Trucksess, Asset Manager for Stock Luxury Apartment Living, leasing has only been taking place online since Tuesday, January 18.

“In just the first two weeks, Allura recorded 55 leases, all online,” revealed Trucksess. “Interest in the luxury rental community has been very high and all the new tenants are looking forward to beginning their exciting new lifestyles when they move in around May first.”

Allura is a private, gated, pet-friendly community and will feature a total of 304 luxury apartment homes in the five 3-story buildings with elevators. Beautifully designed one, two and three bedroom apartment homes will be available in a variety of floorplan options.

The one-bedroom/one-bath plans range from 784 to 838 square feet. The two-bedroom/two-bath plans range from 1,096 to 1,167 square feet.  The three-bedroom/two-bath plans have either 1,363 or 1,373 square feet.

Inside the apartment homes, residents will enjoy 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings, contemporary wood-style floorings, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed internet and smart lock technology, carefully crafted kitchens with oversized islands including USB charging ports.

Additionally, each home will include energy-efficient stainless-steel appliance packages including flat-top ranges, side-by-side refrigerators, built-in beverage/wine coolers, hardwood shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and under-mount farm-style sinks.

Monthly rents at Allura start in the low-$2,000.

Two of the first completed residential buildings at Allura overlook the highly amenitized clubhouse and resort level pool- courtyard. The pool-courtyard will feature a massive pool with lap lanes, expansive sun deck with entertaining lounge, private cabanas, three grill stations and a fire lounge.

Inside the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse residents will enjoy all that can be expected from Stock Luxury Apartment Living – and more.

Some of these amenities include a movie theatre, demonstration kitchen, resident lounge and sports bar, full-sized bowling alley, game and card room, conference room and business center with 24-hour resident access.

Perhaps the busiest part of the clubhouse will be the 3,000-square-foot fitness center. It will feature state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment with virtual training programs and a playroom for the little ones.

Nearby is an oversized covered veranda, a tot lot, dog parks for small and large pets, a community garden and a walking/biking path around a lake.

Allura is one of four communities Stock Luxury Apartment Living is currently developing along the Florida Gulf Coast/1-75 corridor. Those communities include Corsa at Estero Crossing in Estero, Citria at Fruitville Commons in Sarasota and Arya in St. Petersburg.

Stock Luxury Apartment Living is part of the Stock Development family of companies. The award-winning premier builder, based in Southwest Florida, lives by their motto “when quality matters” and has demonstrated a passionate commitment to the local community for more than 20 years.
