FORT MYERS, Fla. – Two people were taken to the hospital after a rollover crash on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway near FGCU Boulevard early Friday morning.

Troopers responded to the crash around 2:35 a.m. according to the Florida Highway Patrol. They said just one vehicle was involved in the incident.

Investigators said a female driver and male passenger were involved in the crash.

The Florida Highway Patrol, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and San Carlos Fire and Rescue responded to the crash, witnesses said.

FHP is continuing to investigate.
