Visitation happening in Toledo, OH for Chief Diggs

Toledo, Ohio is coming together to honor the memory of fallen police officer Chief Diggs. On Wednesday, November 18th, the community is invited to attend a visitation for Chief Diggs at the Walker Funeral Home.
