It appears that many new Southwest Florida high-rises have one thing in common – a rooftop pool.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples, the new, luxurious high-rise tower in the downtown Naples area, is proud of its infinity rooftop pool. But it’s not the only amenity situated 16-stories above the ground. Aura also offers its residents a rooftop fitness center, which many will take advantage of and consider their routine a “workout with a view.”

“Those who love to exercise will rejoice at the fact the state-of-the-art fitness center is high above the ground and offers incredible views through the floor to ceiling glass windows, all while working out on outstanding fitness equipment,” stated Jerry Starkey, a long-time Naples residents and respected veteran developer, who along with fellow Naples resident and developer, Fred Pezeshkan, are developing Metropolitan Naples.

The air conditioned fitness center is planned to include the latest and most popular and beneficial exercise machines as well as some free weights.

Near the fitness center is Aura’s yoga studio, another amenity space which will be highly regarded by the men and women living in the tower.

Just outside the fitness center and yoga studio is the sky lounge with bar – another amenity residents will be more than happy to share with their friends.

And of course, the rooftop’s main amenity, which will be enjoyed by all, is the infinity pool.

“Never before in the history of the city of Naples have such phenomenal sky-high views of historic downtown Naples, the reflective waters of Naples Bay and the azure and white waves of the Gulf of Mexico, been available to buyers,” noted Starkey.

The other lifestyle amenities at Aura are also phenomenal and designed for the total enjoyment of residents.

On the 5th floor is the indoor and outdoor resident lounges, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room, outdoor kitchen with grilling area, a seating area and fire pits as well as a large golf putting green destine to witness many friendly conversations and deep debates while working – not so hard – on the “short” game.

Two private and secure, in-building parking spaces for homeowners are included, with convenient electric-vehicle charging stations available.

Aura’s rooftop and 5th floor amenities are capturing the imaginations of future residents – as are several additional benefits of living in the tower.

By simply taking the elevator down a few floors from their residences, owners can enjoy casual and fine dining restaurants, as well as explore the distinctive shops and boutiques planned for the street level of Metropolitan Naples.

The residences at Aura are also pretty spectacular in their own right. The mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den, are priced from $1.9 to over $6 million.

The five penthouses range from 3,153 to 6,202 total living area, while the residences below them range in size from 1,898 to 3,923 total living area. Only two of the five penthouses remain available.

To secure your amazing lifestyle opportunity at Aura, visit MetropolitanNaples.com for more details or call Ed Gonzalez or Sharyl Wicks of Metropolitan Naples Realty at  239-758-9500 for your reservation.

Aura’s sales gallery is located at 365 Fifth Avenue South, Suite 104A, in downtown Naples. That’s the northeast corner of the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and 3rd Street South. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and by appointment anytime.
